蓮蓉包皮需要薄而不糙，口感順滑，餡要飽滿，蓮蓉與蛋(旦) 的比例亦應均稱，筆者認為，最好是4:1 比例。 蓮蓉包應即蒸熱食，才能最大化享受其美味時刻。 再續 ......
