[仁安急症門診中心] 炎炎夏日,在陽光普照下暴曬,很容易惹來中暑危機,嚴重者體溫高達攝氏39至41度,皮膚呈乾性,不能排汗,坊間指喝冰水、用酒精擦身可以解中暑,是否有效呢?
發燒是身體對抗感染所產生的正常現象,成因眾多,最常見是由於細菌或病毒入侵造成,如感冒、扁桃腺發炎、氣管炎、腸胃炎及肺炎等,由於幼兒的免疫能力未完全發展成熟,所以特別容易生病及出現發燒情況。
治療:
用溫水(約攝氏37度)浸浴,又或以溫濕毛巾搓揉全身,令皮膚血管擴張,使體內的熱氣散出 發燒時體力消耗極大及身體水份因流汗而大大流失,所以必須補充適當的水份及營養,促使身體復原 發燒期間宜多喝開水或果汁,吃較易消化的食物,如米水、牛奶、清湯及水果等 使用合適的退燒藥物 持續高燒應盡快看醫生 注意事項: 勿用冷水浸浴,因一冷一熱的刺激會產生劇烈反應,繼而誘發幼兒顫抖 別以為多穿衣服讓身體焗出一身汗才好,這樣做反而會減慢身體的散熱速度 吃了退燒藥會產生短暫降溫,藥力過後體溫可能會再度回升,這是典型發燒過程,因病源仍未受控制。 Fever is a prominent symptom of many different disease processes.
